Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- Dola All Purpose Flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¼ Cup Mala (Sour Milk)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
- ¾ Cup Caster Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- ¾ tbsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ Cup Margarine
Steps
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the Mala, eggs and vanilla essence. Whisk until it mixes well and put aside.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and margarine and whisk.
- Pour the mixture of the ripe bananas into the bowl with the flour mixture. Whisk until you get a fine and consistent lather.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake at 180 °C for 55- 60 mins. Let it Cool
- Enjoy with drink of your choice.
