Dola Banana Bread

  • 1 1/2 Cup Mashed Bananas
  • 3/4 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cup Unga wa Dola Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • Vanilla Essence (optional)
  • Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas with condensed milk until we’ll combined.
  • Add in flour, Baking Powder and Salt. Mix gently till all is combined. Do not over mix.
  • Bake at 170° preheated oven for 40 Mins or till it passes the toothpick test.
  • Pairs well with black sugarless coffee ☕️ Enjoy!
