Banana Cake

  • Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ Cup Mala (Sour Milk)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ¾ Cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • ¾ tbsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ½ Cup Margarine

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the Mala, eggs, and vanilla essence. Whisk until it mixes well and put aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and margarine and whisk.
  • Pour the mixture of the ripe bananas into the bowl with the flour mixture. Whisk until you get a fine and consistent lather.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake at 180 °C for 55- 60 mins. Let it Cool
  • Enjoy with a drink of your choice.
