In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix in milk, egg, yeast, and melted margarine/butter. Ensure the yeast is well incorporated.
Add in this mixture to the dry mixture and knead well. The result will be a sticky dough. Cover in a bowl and allow it to proof for 1 hour or double the size.
Roll to 1” thickness rectangle, spread margarine/butter and sprinkle the filling mixture (mix the sugar with the cinnamon powder). Roll over with the rolling pin so the filling sticks onto the dough.
Cut into 3” logs and place them on a baking tray. Cover to proof for 30 mins.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 25 Mins.
Glaze with condensed milk and serve with your favorite hot drink. Enjoy!
