Danish Cookies Recipe

  • 1 Cup Butter/Margarine/Vegetable Fat
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 1/4 Cup Unga Wa Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Nuts/Raisins/cherries/Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg and mix it till it’s nice and creamy. Add in Flour, Baking Soda, Salt and Vanilla and mix them till combined. The dough will be sticky, but that’s perfect.
  • Scoop to make small round marble sized jar and place them on a baking tray with enough space around it to spread out. Press on some nuts/raisins/cherries/chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 180° pre-heated oven for 20 Mins. Allow to completely cool on the baking tray and serve with you favorite cup of hot drink. Enjoy!
