Dola Bhajia Recipe


  • 4 large potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Gram Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (Optional)
  • Dola Vegetable Cooking Oil for frying


  • In a bowl, add in your potatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Heat your oil in a deep frying pan and add in the potatoes one at a time. Fry till nice and crispy.
  • Serve with your home made chutney and ketchup and a side of your favorite cold or hot drink. Enjoy!
