Dola Butternut Dhania Chapati

  • Butternut pumpkin
  • 4 cups of All-purpose flour
  • Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Dhania
  • Melted Butter/Margarine
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Cut the butternut squash into small pieces and boil until soft
  • In a blender, blend the butternut till smooth
  • Add 2Tbsp of Sugar, 1 Tbsp Salt, a bunch of chopped dhania, and 4 cups of All-purpose flour and knead it to form a dough.
  • Cover to rest for 15-20min
  • Flatten the dough on a flat surface and apply oil and, cut the dough into strips
  • Roll the strips one by one and flatten each strip into a flatbread
  • Fry the flatbread on a pan 
  • Add oil evenly as you flip it. Cook it until it is golden brown
  • Serve with a stew of your choice.
