Prepare the sauce first. In a pan, add in butter/margarine. Add the garlic and cook till fragrant. Add paprika or chilli flakes if you like some heat, soy sauce, tomato sauce, honey and water. Cook till it thickens up on low flame, 4-5 mins.
Cut the chicken in 1” squares and place them in a bowl for seasoning. To the chicken, add all the spices and mix. In a separate bowl, mix Unga wa Dola all purpose flour, corn flour and salt. In another separate bowl, whisk eggs. Put the chicken in the flour mixture and shake out excess flour. Put them in the egg to coat well, then back to the flour mixture. Shake off the excess flour and fry for 4-5 mins on medium heat or till golden brown.
Drain them in a bowl and pour the sauce to coat them evenly. Sprinkle some sesame seeds with chopped spring onions. Enjoy with your favorite side can be salad, chips or some fried rice. Enjoy!
