In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Add in all the wet ingredients and mix well. Mix in the hot water last and pour into a greased tin.
Pop it into a pre-heated oven at 180° for 40-45 Mins or till it passes the toothpick test.
Once completely cooled, you can apply chocolate ganache, top up with some berries and chocolate.
To make the chocolate ganache, put the double cream in a pot on medium flame. Meanwhile, put in the chocolate chips in the microwave for 20secs. Once the cream starts to bubble up, pour in your slightly melted chocolate chips in the cream and keep stirring till all the chocolate melts into the cream. Allow it to cool and thicken up for 2 hours. Once cooled down, apply on your cake.
