Dola Dry Fry & Ugali Recipe

  • 500gms of T-Bone Steak cut into stripes
  • 2 Medium White or Red Onions Sliced
  • 1 Large Sweet Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Master Chef Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Handful of chopped Dhania

For Ugali

  • 500gms of T-Bone Steak cut into stripes
  • 2 Medium White or Red Onions Sliced

Instructions

  • In a pan, add some oil followed with the steak. Add in the ginger garlic paste and salt. Pan fry till the meat is nice and tender, add a-bit of water if you need to.
  • Once dry, add in paprika powder, onions, sweet pepper. Keep stirring to slightly cook them. Once ready, add in a handful of dhania. Ready to serve.
  • For the Ugali, boil water and add the maize flour in bits stirring continuously. On low heat, cover and cook the Ugali for 5 mins.
  • Serve with kachumbari or your favorite mboga. Enjoy!.
