In a pan, add some oil followed with the steak. Add in the ginger garlic paste and salt. Pan fry till the meat is nice and tender, add a-bit of water if you need to.
Once dry, add in paprika powder, onions, sweet pepper. Keep stirring to slightly cook them. Once ready, add in a handful of dhania. Ready to serve.
For the Ugali, boil water and add the maize flour in bits stirring continuously. On low heat, cover and cook the Ugali for 5 mins.
Serve with kachumbari or your favorite mboga. Enjoy!.
