  • Salty dough: In a bowl, add all dry ingredients, mix well. Add in the warm Milk in bits as you begin to knead. Knead the dough for 5-7 Mins and cover to proof for 30Mins-1Hour.
  • Once ready, roll each of the dough separately. Make them thin like chapatis. Ensure they’re both same in size and line up well on-top of each other.
  • Place the salty one down and and sugar up. Roll it tightly and half way, prepare a flour paste (2Tbsp Flour and 1 Tbsp water) to seal the dough together so they do not open up when being fried. Take a string and cut them up into 2 inches thickness and cover them for 15 Mins. Once oil is ready on medium heat, begin to fry them till golden brown on both sides. Allow them to cool.
  • Syrup: In a pan, add in Water, Sugar and vanilla essence. Allow to boil till it’s slightly sticky. Dip in your fried cooked bread in the hot syrup and leave it to soak in the syrup for like 5 secs each side.
  • Serve with your favorite hot drink and enjoy!
