  • 1 1/2 Cup Unga Wa Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 1Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1Tbsp Ghee/Butter/Margarine
  • 1Tsp Yeast
  • 1Cup and 3Tbsp Warm Water

For The Coating

  • Condensed Milk
  • Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add in flour, corn flour and yeast and mix well. Pour in the warm water, ghee and mix to a smooth batter. Cover and let it rest for 30mins.

  • Dip a teaspoon in water and as you squeeze out the batter from your hand, scoop it out and put it in the oil. Repeat the process until your pan is almost full. Stir continuously for even browning and drain.
  • Once done, pour in the condensed milk on the Kaimatis, sprinkle some desiccated coconut and give it a good shake to coat well.
  • Serve with your favorite type of hot drink and enjoy!
