  • 2 Cups Unga Wa Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp Dola Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Warm Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and add water in bits as you mix. Do not knead the dough. Once it comes together, cover and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Roll to 1 inch thickness and cut to desired sizes. On low to medium heat, put your cut dough in cold oil and fry till golden brown. Allow oil to cool on each batch as you fry.
  • Serve with strong tea or black coffee.
