Dola Maru Bhajia Recipe

  • 4 potatoes (large)
  • Gram Flour
  • 1/2 cup Dola All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Carom Seeds(optional)
  • 1/4 Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilies
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander

Ingredients (Kachumbari)

  • 1 Crushed tomatoe (large)
  • 1 Crushed onion (small)
  • 1 Tbsp crushed chilies
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice/ Vinegar
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes and slice them. Coat the sliced potatoes with 1 cup of Gram Flour, 1/2 cup of Dola All-Purpose Flour, Salt, 1 Tbsp Carom Seeds(optional), 1/4 Turmeric Powder, 1 Tbsp Red Chilies, 1 Tbsp Paprika, 1 Tbsp Garlic, and 2 Tbsp Coriander
  • Fry the potatoes slices in hot oil
  • Next, we prepare the dipping sauce (kachumbari). Mix 1 large Crushed tomatoes, 1 Crushed onion(large), 1 Tbsp crushed chilies, 1 Tbsp Coriander, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice/ Vinegar, Salt
