Dola Puri Fried Bread

  • Dola All Purpose Flour
  • Salt
  • Dola Vegetable Oil
  • Room Temperature Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add in your flour, salt and oil and mix to combine. Add water in bits as you knead to get a firm but stiff dough. Allow your dough to rest for 5Mins.
  • Divide your dough into 8 small balls, roll them out, should be slightly thicker to allow it to puff up in oil.
  • In a pan, add in oil. Once it becomes hot, put in your rolled out puri and press it down to puff up when it comes up.
  • Serve it with your favorite curry, soup or even just hot tea. Enjoy!
