In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 2 large eggs, 1 tbsp. Vanilla essence, and
1 tbsp. Vinegar
In another bowl add 2 1/2 All-purpose flour, 1 1/3 Sugar, 1 tbsp. Salt, 1 tbsp. Baking
Powder, and 1 tbsp. cocoa butter then mix well
Mix the first paste with the flour mixture to form a pasty batter. Divide the batter into two
to bake separately
To create a homemade oven, add ample salt to a big sufuria and place the sufuria on
heat. The salt will stop direct heat contact between the baking pan and the heated
sufuria.
Place the baking pan inside the big sufuria and cover it with a lid. Place hot charcoal
on top of the lid to ensure even distribution of heat.
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes then let it cool
In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup of margarine, 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, and 1 1/2 Icing Sugar
(add 3/4 cup at a time s you whisk). Add 1 tbsp. Vanilla Essence
