Cooking Oil for brushing, extra flour for sprinkling before rolling
3/4 cup water or as required
3-5 tbsp oil for cooking
Instructions
In a bowl mix the minced meat, 1 tbsp coriander-cumin powder, salt, pepper and coriander leaves. Afterwards, make small balls with the mixture.
In a frying pan, fry the cumin seeds, the onion, the garlic, ginger, coriander-cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and crushed tomatoes and water. Let it cook for 15 mins
Afterward, put the meat balls you had made earlier into the ‘soup’ and let it cook for 25 mins.
Add yogurt, cook 5 mins and garnish with coriander leaves (dhania)
