Whole wheat Chia Seeds Fluffy Pancakes

  • 1 Cup Unga Wa Dola Atta/Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup less 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Dola Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients mixture over the dry mixture and mix well.
  • Let it rest for 5-10Mins.
  • Heat a pan on medium to low heat. Pour 1/4 Cup batter and let it cook till it bubbles up. Flip and cook on the other side till nice and golden brown. Repeat for the rest of the batter.
  • Serve warm drizzled with any syrup of your choice, fruits and a hot cup of your favorite drink. Enjoy!
