Step 1

In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the Mala, eggs, and vanilla essence. Whisk until it mixes well and put aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix the flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and margarine and whisk.

Step 3

Pour the mixture of the ripe bananas into the bowl with the flour mixture. Whisk until you get a fine and consistent lather.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake at 180 °C for 55- 60 mins. Let it Cool

Step 5

Enjoy with a drink of your choice.
