Step 1

Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pan and cook the minced meat until brown.

Step 2

Add the garlic, ginger, green chilies, cumin powder and salt to the brown mince meat and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add the onion, coriander leaves (dhania), lemon juice and toss then set aside. Let cool completely.

Step 4

Next, prepare the pastry sheets. (Fold the pastry sheets as shown in the video above.)

Step 5

Deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Make sure the oil is not too hot when frying or it will make bubbles all over the pastry, so cook it on a lower flame, stirring frequently so it browns evenly.

Step 6

Serve with some lemon slices and ketchup.

2 tbsps oil
500gms Minced Meat
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger, chopped
½ tbsp green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
2 cups Dola All Purpose Flour
Glue (2 tbsp flour mixed with 4 tbsp water)
Oil for deep frying
