Step 1

Cut the butternut squash into small pieces and boil until soft

Step 2

In a blender, blend the butternut till smooth

Add 2Tbsp of Sugar, 1 Tbsp Salt, a bunch of chopped dhania, and 4 cups of All-purpose flour and knead it to form a dough.

Step 4

Cover to rest for 15-20min

Step 5

Flatten the dough on a flat surface and apply oil and, cut the dough into strips

Step 6

Roll the strips one by one and flatten each strip into a flatbread

Step 7

Fry the flatbread on a pan 

Step 8

Add oil evenly as you flip it. Cook it until it is golden brown

Step 9

Serve with a stew of your choice.
