Step 1

Add the flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Whisk. Add the oil, cup of hot coffee, 1 cup of milk and whisk. Add Sugar to the batter and mix well.

Step 2

In a baking tin, add the batter and bake at 180C for the 30- 40 mins.

Step 3

Glaze with melted white chocolate.
