Step 1
:In a bowl mix the minced meat, 1 tbsp coriander-cumin powder, salt, pepper and coriander leaves. Afterwards, make small balls with the mixture.
Step 2
In a frying pan, fry the cumin seeds, the onion, the garlic, ginger, coriander-cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and crushed tomatoes and water. Let it cook for 15 mins
Step 3
Afterward, put the meat balls you had made earlier into the ‘soup’ and let it cook for 25 mins.
Add yogurt, cook 5 mins and garnish with coriander leaves (dhania)

½ | Yoghurt |
1 cup | water |
For chapati
2 cups | Unga wa Dola All-purpose Flour |
Salt | |
Cooking | Oil for brushing, extra flour for sprinkling before rolling |
3/4 cup water | or as required |
3-5 tbsp | oil for cooking |
