Step 1

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, sugar, margarine, natural yoghurt, milk and knead for 8-10 mins. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour

Step 2

Pinch and for tiny balls from the dough. Fill in the middle with little cream cheese. Fill a bowl and cover the balls in a warm place for 30 mins

Step 3

Warm up a sufuria in the jiko and cover for 5 mins. Bake the bowl with the dough balls for 25-30 mins.

Step 4

Glaze with condensed milk
