Dola Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 2 cups Dola All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup of Coffee
- 1tbsp Vanilla Essence
- White Chocolate
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Whisk. Add the oil, cup of hot coffee, 1 cup of milk and whisk. Add Sugar to the batter and mix well.
- In a baking tin, add the batter and bake at 180C for the 30- 40 mins.
- Glaze with melted white chocolate.
