Dola Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup of Coffee
  • 1tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • White Chocolate
Steps

  1. Add the flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Whisk. Add the oil, cup of hot coffee, 1 cup of milk and whisk. Add Sugar to the batter and mix well.
  2. In a baking tin, add the batter and bake at 180C for the 30- 40 mins.
  3. Glaze with melted white chocolate.
