Dola Uji Recipe


  • 3 cups of Dola Maize Flour
  • 11/2 Cups of Water
  • 3 tbsps. Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • 1 Cup of Milk

  1. In a bowl mix the maize flour and water.
  2. In a sufuria, add the mixture and more water and stir continuously. Add Sugar, Cardamom Powder, and Milk. Stir continuously.
  3. Serve while still Hot.
