Pour ½ of the Milk into a bowl. Add the Yeast, Sugar, Oil and Mix well.
In another bowl, add the flour, Cardamom powder and mix with hands. Pour in the Yeast mixture and add the remaining half of the milk in bits and knead until soft. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
Lather the dough with little oil as you make smaller dough balls. Roll into round shape and cut it into four parts.
Fry the cut pieces and flip once they puff up. Repeat on the other side.
In a pan, add the pre-boiled pigeon peas.
Add 1 cup of water and the chopped mid sized onion, 1 blended tomato, Curry powder, Turmeric powder, Salt, Garlic and let it simmer for 5 mins. Add Coconut Milk and let it simmer again for 5 mins.
