REFUND POLICY

1. We do not make cash refunds unless in cases of double payments.

2. Products will be only returned if: The wrong product is delivered. The delivered product is expired on delivery. The packaging is damaged in any way.

3. Scrutinize the products on arrival or on picking up at the local pickup location before receiving them. Sign only on confirming their condition. If there is an error, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back. Exchanges will be done within 24-48 hours.

4. Customers should double-check their orders before placing them. There will be no product exchange in case of wrong orders.

5. In case of a delivery delay of more than 4 days, the order can be canceled.

6. In case of erroneous double payments, the refund will be done within 24-72 hours
