The Art of Service- Mombasa Business Awards 2021

Mombasa Business Awards is one of Kenya’s most prestigious awards for entrepreneurs across all sectors of our economy. The Mombasa Business Awards 2021 Gala dinner took place on the 3rd of November 2021 with the theme, “Celebrating Resilient Businesses and what gets them through the tough times”.
With 2020 being one of the toughest years for businesses globally due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many had to find ways to adapt and still deliver quality services to their customers. Kitui Flour Mills prides itself in excellent customer services at all times and strongly believes that the customer experience and journey are vital to the success of any company.
In April 2020, we ran the ‘Vuna Mamili” marketing campaign that took place for three months, with our main objective being to give back to our customers at a time of difficulty and uncertainty. A trying time dawned on Kenyans and the impact of the pandemic was greatly felt across the country.

As a household brand, we wanted to cushion Kenyans during the pandemic and give them an opportunity to become millionaires, win Tuk Tuks, Motorbikes, Electronics, Non-Stick Cooking sets, Instant cash prizes and Airtime.
