In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add oil and water and knead for 10-15 Mins. Spread oil on the dough and cover for 1 Hour to bloom.
Punch the air out and begin to make small balls of equal sizes. Arrange them on an oiled tray with space between them and cover for 20 Mins.
Put the oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once the oil is ready, begin to fry your balls slowly. A lot of heat will make the balls turn golden brown fast but won’t cook through so the heat has to be medium.
Once ready, serve them with a hot cup of tea/coffee. Enjoy!
