Dola No Milk Fluffy Pancakes

  • 1 1/2 Cup Unga Wa Dola All Purpose Flour
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Butter/Margarine
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • In a bowl add in flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and mix. Make a well in the middle and add in water, egg, melted butter/margarine and vanilla. Mix till well combined.
  • On medium to low, wipe your pan with some butter/margarine and begin to make your pancakes. Pour in 1/4 Cup batter on the pan and once bubbles form ontop, flip gently. Cook till the other side is nice and golden brown. Ensure the heat is on low so the pancake cooks through well.
  • Serve with syrup of choice/honey and some fruits. Enjoy!
